Who We Are
Oufraiche emerged from a moment when fragility and purpose met.
Following the earthquake that struck Hatay on February 6th, two Turkish women found themselves drawn back to what felt most essential: their roots, their traditions, and the quiet strength of craftsmanship shaped over generations. What began as reflection soon became intention: to create something meaningful, grounded, and enduring.
In the aftermath of loss, we sought a path that would allow production to endure, guided by the resilience of nature and the quiet strength it restores. This journey led us to a plant grown in Hatay, pumpkin fiber, and to the creation of our very first product: the Oufraiche Loofah.
What began with loofah grew into a broader collection, shaped by the rituals of Turkish hammam culture and translated into contemporary objects of care. Each piece draws from ancient practices of cleansing, exfoliation, and renewal, thoughtfully reinterpreted for modern life with respect and restraint.
Our collections are intentionally understated. Natural fibers, carefully chosen materials, and tools designed to invite presence rather than excess. We believe true luxury lies in slowness, in rituals that reconnect us to our bodies, our environment, and where we come from.
Oufraiche is not simply a brand, but a continuation of craft, of memory, and of the belief that even after profound disruption, beauty can be preserved through intention and care.
About the Brand

At Oufraiche, we exist to inspire a rediscovery of nature through moments of true self-care. In a world where consumption often feels overwhelming, we choose a different path, one that gently leads back to simplicity, tradition, and the essence of well-being.
We believe in:
-
Sustainability: selecting materials and processes that respect the planet.
-
Zero Waste: minimizing environmental impact at every step
-
Vegan & Natural: free from chemicals, synthetic materials, and unnecessary additives.
-
Handmade Artistry: every product reflects craft, care, and tradition.
Rooted in the centuries-old culture of the Turkish hammam, we unite rituals of cleansing, relaxation, and renewal with nature’s most precious offerings. As our collection grows to include hammam towels, natural soaps, and other essentials, our purpose remains unchanged: to elevate self-care into a ritual that feels thoughtful, sensory, and deeply restorative.
